• The full balance must be paid within 3 business days of sale confirmation or prior to vehicle delivery.

• For financing purchases, final approval and signed documentation must be completed before delivery.

📄 Invoicing & Documentation

• Customers will receive a detailed invoice outlining:

  • Vehicle purchase price

  • Applicable taxes and fees

  • Warranty or protection plan (if applicable)

  • Trade-in value (if applicable)

  • Financing details (if applicable)

• Invoices are issued digitally or in person upon request.

🔁 Refunds & Cancellations

• Eligible refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

• Deposits may be refundable under certain conditions (e.g., if financing is denied or the vehicle is not available).

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

💼 Financing Agreements

For customers choosing to finance:

• Financing is subject to credit approval by Milton Auction Car Sales or our partnered lenders.

• Terms such as interest rate, term length, and monthly payments are disclosed clearly before signing.

• A finance contract is legally binding once signed.

⚠️ Late or Non-Payment

• Vehicles not paid in full within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale.

• We reserve the right to retain or re-list a vehicle if payment conditions are not met.

📦 Delivery & Billing Address

• The billing address must match your payment method.

• For deliveries, a valid government-issued ID must match the name on the billing invoice.
